![]() shut the boxHistory: The history of Shut the Box is quite vague. References are made to the fur trappers of the Hudson Bay Company of the nineteenth century. Variations exist where the box has 10 or 12 tiles to be turned down. Rules: Two or more players play the game for a predetermined number of rounds. Initially all the numbers are exposed and the first player rolls the two dice. The player then turns down any combination of numbers, which equals that total. For example: a roll of 1 and 5 permits a player to turn down the 6, or 1 and 5, or 2 and 4, or 1 and 2 and 3.
Objective: The ultimate winner is the player with the lowest score after the agreed number of rounds. Dimensions: 1.75" X 6.5" X 10" BACK
